With its concept, Varmego covers the entire range of installations – from internal heating/cooling and sanitary water systems, to external line distributions and solutions for integration with renewable energy sources.
In a market that increasingly demands energy-efficient, sustainable and functional solutions, our approach enables:

  • Greater comfort and better indoor climate,
  • Lower operating costs and lower energy consumption,
  • A modern and aesthetically acceptable space without compromise,
  • Reliable and long-lasting installations with minimal maintenance,
  • Environmentally acceptable solutions that are in line with trends and regulations.

The concept of interior installations

1. Surface heating and cooling
Surface heating and cooling is a modern, high-efficiency concept by which energy (for heating or cooling) is transferred over large surfaces – floor, wall or ceiling – instead of through traditional heating elements. With the surface system, water (or another heat medium) circulates through pipe networks that are integrated into the structure of the building, which enables uniform heating or cooling of the space.
Technical features
• Low operating temperatures for heating (eg 30-35 °C) and instead lower temperature differences between the medium and the space — which reduces losses and increases efficiency.
• For cooling, it is possible to use “passive” heat transport or active water cooling in the floor/slab – without the need for large air conditioners.
• Higher comfort: No cold air currents, no visible radiators, which means more free space and cleaner aesthetics.
• The possibility of large and different pipe dimensions and the possibility of jointing with a movable sleeve – the safest existing connection system and the easiest;
• Health benefits: Less dust circulation, a more pleasant microclimate.
For the investor or user, this means: better interior comfort with less visibility of installations, more flexible furniture layout (due to the absence of heating elements), long-term energy savings. For the designer and installer – a system that is compatible with renewable sources and heat pumps, suitable for a modern and sustainable building.

2. Heating and cooling with heating elements
Although surface heating dominates modern solutions, there are situations when it is optimal to apply heating elements – radiators, convectors, fan-coil units – either as a primary system or in combination with floor installations.
Technical features
• Faster system response: heating elements can change the room temperature relatively quickly.
• Flexibility of choice: various powers, dimensions and types of heating elements, the possibility of combining with cooling.
• Regulation and hydraulics: quality distribution, balancing, valves, etc.
• The possibility of making pipes in large dimensions, of different diameters and lengths, which are connected by a movable sleeve (without welding), which is the easiest and safest existing connection system;
For the user, this means a reliable and well-known heating/cooling system that most people are familiar with, ideal in situations where underfloor heating is not optimally feasible.

3. Distribution of hot and cold sanitary water
This segment includes the installation of pipes, fittings and devices for the distribution of sanitary water – both hot and cold – within the building, with a focus on hygiene, durability and efficiency.
Technical characteristics
• The use of pipes and components that are resistant to temperatures, pressures and corrosion – which guarantees a long service life.
• Hydraulic and thermal optimization: minimization of losses, proper dimensioning-distribution-consumers.
• The advantage of our system compared to existing similar systems is that there is no welding of pipes, but the joints are made with a movable cover, which protects the investment in the pipe system, but also the investment in the bathroom itself, which, along with all the additional elements needed for the bathroom (tiles, sanitary ware), amounts to several thousand euros;
It gives the investor the assurance that the system will not cause problems (leakage, interruptions) and that the service costs will be low, while for the user it means that he gets constant availability of sanitary water, stable temperature, hygienic drainage.

The concept of outdoor installations

1. Heating of grass surfaces
Heating of grass surfaces (sports fields, green areas) is a professional solution that enables maintaining the functionality of the lawn during periods with snow.
Technical characteristics
• A system of pipes or heating elements laid under the surface to be heated – even distribution of heat used to melt snow.
• Materials and assembly adapted to external conditions – water resistance, durability, resistance to mechanical stress.
This system enables the stable use of grass surfaces even during the snowy months, thus ensuring the functionality of the space. By heating grass surfaces, the need to remove snow and ice is reduced and the time of use of the grass surface is extended, and Varmego provides a complete solution – from design, material, technical support.

2. Heating concrete and asphalt surfaces
This is especially important for driveways, sidewalks, ramps and garage entrances – where snow and ice can pose a major safety risk and functional problem.
Technical features
• Heating these surfaces in combination with some of the renewable energy sources is the best solution.
• Automated control – the system is activated according to external conditions in order to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
This solution provides a higher level of safety for users, reduces the risk of slipping and significantly reduces winter maintenance costs. Aesthetically and functionally, it improves the approaches and areas around the building, making the entire area safer and professionally decorated. Varmego provides solutions adapted to different types of buildings and specific surface requirements.

3. Use of geothermal energy
Geothermal energy represents one of the most sustainable sources of energy and enables a high level of energy efficiency in heating.
Technical features
• The system uses the stable temperature of the soil or water from the ground, through pipe loops, wells or collectors, enabling heating in winter.
• Long lifetime of installations, low operating costs;
• Significantly reduced carbon footprint or carbon footprint equal to zero – depending on the use of the system;
• Varmego systems contain pipes for geothermal wells and for distribution from the well to consumers, as well as for systems for using the soil as a heat sink.

Geothermal systems strike a strong balance between environmental sustainability and cost-effectiveness, providing long-term energy savings and increased property value. The modern and “green” approach makes the facility more attractive and compliant with modern standards, while Varmego, thanks to its experience, offers complete and reliable solutions for complex geothermal installations.

4. Heat energy transport
The key to larger complexes and facilities with multiple zones is an efficient heat transport system between sources (boilers, heat pumps, geothermal) and consumers.
Technical characteristics
• Pre-insulated pipe systems minimize heat losses during transport;
• Integration with automation and monitoring – flow, temperature and consumption monitoring.
• Dislocation of the source (boilers, geothermal sources) of heat from the consumer – which contributes to the safety of the systems and reduces the risk of damage to the consumer himself;
• Smaller bending radii allow easier overcoming of obstacles in the field, which reduces or completely eliminates the need for welding, joints and shortens assembly time.
• The composite pipe construction prevents capillary penetration of water along the system in case of mechanical damage.
• Adaptability of solutions to field conditions
Such systems ensure high efficiency and reliable operation of the entire installation, with significantly reduced energy losses and lower operating costs. Varmego provides complete solutions for complex distribution networks, thus bringing safety, longevity and optimal performance to clients.

5. Transport of hot and cold sanitary water
For external and internal installations, the distribution of sanitary water must be safe, hygienically reliable and resistant.
Technical characteristics
• Pre-insulated pipes used for hot water transmission prevent freezing and ensure a stable temperature – while non-insulated pipes are used for cold water transmission. However, if there is a risk of freezing and in the variant of cold water transfer, pre-insulated variants can be used;
• Hydraulic design that reduces losses and enables safe delivery of sanitary water.
• System designed for servicing with minimal interruptions.
Such a system ensures reliability, stable operation and long-term reduced maintenance costs, with greater safety for facility users. Varmego offers a complete solution for sanitary installations – from external to internal water – which significantly increases the value and quality of the entire system.

6. Connecting the watering system
Green areas such as parks, lawns and decorative greenery require a reliable water supply and an automated watering system.

Technical characteristics
• Distribution networks for watering systems are coordinated with grass surface heating systems (if they exist) – integration with pipe systems, valves and automation.
• Precise regulation of flow and pressure, with automation according to weather conditions.
• Materials resistant to external factors, with the possibility of adding sensors and advanced control systems.
• When the system is not used, or when water is drained from the system or in situations where the pipes are not well leveled, it is possible to retain water around the pipes, and therefore, in the cold months, there is a risk of freezing or bursting of pipes; Due to their structure, PE Xa pipes are much more resistant to cracking due to freezing than ordinary polyethylene pipes.
This system enables neat and maintained green areas, with reduced water consumption and minimal maintenance involvement. The solution enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the outdoor space, while Varmego completes the entire concept of outdoor installations by providing unique, integrated infrastructure support.
